Baptism (Christening)
Baptism is also known as Christening and is the start of your Christian journey. It is a moment of great joy for family and friends and is a tremendously important step in the life of a child or an adult.
It is also an opportunity for the church to support and welcome those being baptised as they begin their Christian life.

Not everyone is ready to baptise their child, and so it is not uncomman to hold a Thanksgiving Service or a Dedication Service. Our vicar can explain the differences here and talk with you about wish most suits your circumstances.
